Strategy teams spend a disproportionate amount of time on the mechanical work of research: gathering sources, reading documents, and structuring findings before any real thinking begins. For fast-moving briefs, this overhead makes it difficult to deliver high-quality intelligence on short timelines.
Designed and built a Claude-powered tool that accepts a company name or market as input and returns a structured competitive briefing. The tool prompts the model to follow a consistent output structure covering company overview, key strategic moves, competitive positioning, and signals worth watching. Iterated on prompt design to improve output reliability and reduce hallucination risk on less well-known subjects.
A working research tool deployable via a simple interface. Output format covers five structured sections: Overview, Business Model, Recent Strategic Moves, Competitive Context, and Signals to Watch. Average briefing generated in under three minutes.
Reduces the front-end research phase of a standard competitive brief from several hours to under an hour. Designed for strategy consultants and analysts who need a reliable starting point fast, not a finished product.
